Pay by Phone stalls can be found everywhere. Here's a map. The Pay by Phone is an easy and cheap way to park on campus. For every 1 hour, it is only .75 cents. 

EWU has the option of permit parking. You can purchase a permit for any of these parking lots. 

There are a few public parking stalls. here is one of the public parking stalls next to campus. 

There are two free parking lots for Eastern. Parking lot P-12A and parking P-12B
